Refund Policy
1. Event Registration Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if the request complies with the terms outlined at the time of registration.
In the event of a cancellation by Juggernauts Sporting Foundation (JSF), a full refund will be issued.
2. Merchandise Purchases
Refunds are allowed only for defective or damaged products. Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with a valid receipt.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized merchandise.
Event registrations that do not comply with the stipulated conditions for refund.
